Support and encourage reforms that promote a culture of peace, through education and advocacy; generating a curriculum to promote training and practice of peace studies and other conflict management techniques;
Promote the use of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and other non-violent models for joint problem-solving; Promote cooperation, harmonize efforts and close interaction among members of the peace society, donors and similar bodies, both within and outside Nigeria;
An Honorary Member of The Society shall be any person so honored by The Society for his outstanding contribution(s) to the mission, vision and values of The Society.
