The President, Society For Peace Studies and Practice, SPSP Mr. Nathaniel Msen Awuapila, fspsp on behalf of the National Working Committee (NWC), the Central Working Committee, (CWC) the Board of Trustees (BOT), the Body of Fellows, (BoF) and Esteemed Members of the SPSP Congratulates the Osun Branch Coordinator, SPSP, Dr Olusegun Titus on his promotion to the rank of Reader / Associate Professor, at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. Mr Awuapila, commended Associate Professor Titus for his academic achievements, commitment and service to the SPSP.
The President, SPSP also Congratulates the SPSP Student Members sworn in as the first female President and Secretary of the Student Union Government at the University of Calabar. Mr Awuapila, says the SPSP is proud of both Alims Blessing and Johnson Osaminem Abang, who are students of Peace and Conflict Studies program of the Department of Political science University of Calabar. As they both officially assume their roles as the first female President and Secretary of the Student Union Government (SUG), the President, SPSP assured the student union leaders of the SPSP's support and continued guidance. He expressed the hope that Student Union Leaders will evolve to contribute to the growth of the SPSP and Nigeria at large.
